Food and Nutrition

Food and Nutrition is offered as an elective to S3 and S4 students, blending theoretical and practical learning. Students explore nutritional sciences, gaining insights into diet-related health, food composition, and preservation techniques. Practically, they learn culinary skills, progressing from foundational techniques to contemporary cooking methods. A highlight of this course is an entrepreneurial restaurant project, assessed in collaboration with UPC University, where students apply their skills in a real-world setting.
