Curriculum
In Foundation Stage 1, children embark on their educational journey in one of our six purpose-built classrooms, each supported by a team of skilled educators. We emphasise the importance of a strong partnership between home and school, starting with thoughtfull planned playdates for new families. Our curriculum focuses on building a broad range of knowledge, skills, and understanding, emphasising language and communication, and ensuring children develop the foundations for future bilingualism.
After a year of growth in FS1, children transition to Foundation Stage 2, where their learning deepens. Here, the systematic teaching of phonics equips children with essential tools for reading, writing, and speaking in English.
Specialist lessons music, art, and physical education such as enrich the curriculum, broadening their knowledge and skills as they prepare for the next stages of their education.
In Kindergarten, children continue to build on the strong foundations laid in FS1 and FS2. The curriculum, based on the English National Curriculum, includes daily phonics sessions, mathematics through a mastery approach, and an emphasis on digital literacy. Our Creative Lab provides opportunities for hands-on learning in technology and the arts, ensuring children develop the skills and confidence needed for success in school and beyond.
