The Performance and Visual Arts Centre

The Arts hold a special place at Markham College. As these pictures show young people of all ages are involved in making films, acting, dancing and singing on stage, playing and writing music, drawing, painting and sculpting. These activities develop their creative skills to a high level and provide breadth and balance to their school lives. They equip students with tools that they can draw on for the rest of their lives, as well as providing ways to understand themselves and the world around them. Markham has outstanding facilities for the Arts, and our students make the most of them to develop and display their remarkable talents.
