WHAT SHOULD THE STUDENT WEAR AT SCHOOL?

Markham College has winter, summer and sports uniforms, which may be part-loaned or purchased on arrival. Only one item of jewellery may be worn, which must be of religious significance. Boys should be clean-shaven, with short and tidy hair. Girls' hair should be tied back, and naturally coloured. Girls may wear one pair of ear rings, which should be studs or small hoops. Body piercings are not permitted. Tattoos are not permitted, so must be out of sight or covered if the student already has a permanent one. Students on short exchanges may wear their home school uniform.
